This piece of road has been open for 18 years. I travel on it often. I've only just realised the issue.

There's an arrow on a blue sign on a pole on the roundabout instructing you to keep left. Unless, presumably, you want to go right. scratchchin

The break in the roundabout circle should be to the right of the entry road as you approach. Thus indicating you cannot turn right as you enter. As it is shown in the original post it implies you cannot turn left.
I'll try and look for a picture later. Here is a correct example.

The sign’s ok cos it’s for French people. The correct answer is that the graffiti on the wall has a typo
