Best road(s) to get from Holland to Pisa, Italy?

Off to Italy for 2 weeks on Sunday - need to get from Ijmuiden in Holland on Monday morning,to Pisa in Italy by Wednesday afternoon.
Anyone know of a decent route that takes in a bit of unrestricted autobahn, some glorious mountain passes in Switzerland, and beautiful scenery in Italy? Emphasis is on drivers' roads, rather than directness.
