The Foss Way through the Cotswolds is ok, but only on a Sunday moring at about 6 a.m. I lived there for 15 years but got out as the traffic was doing my head in.

Fish Hill in the Cotswolds is good fun, although a bit of a trek from central Oxford...

The road between Enstone and Bicester is also good fun and a bit closer to home.

Agree with the above and once you get through bicester then pick up the B4011 to Long Crendon

Bit of a trip South, but the B4494 from Wantage to Newbury features frequently on the Thames Valley hoons...!

And then twiddle across towards Hungerford on the B4000 and return to Wantage on the A338.

Repeat etc

The A4074 between Oxford and Reading is a great road to drive. Sadly it's very busy and the other drivers take it far too slowly.

This does come with a caveat though, that the southern section is extremely dangerous (apparently the most dangerous stretch of A road in the country) - nicknamed the '13 bends of death'.

B4425 Cirencester - Burford
A424 Burford - Stow-on-the-Wold
A429 Stow-on-the-Wold - Cirencester but avoid busy times of day

Nice little run for you.

B4494 Newbury - Wantage road is very good, as is the B4000 Newbury - Swindon (beware of camera vans though).
