hey guys as my flight to hungary looks like it will be grounded on sunday iv decided to drive it.. iv looked online at what i need to drive in europe and iv heard i need a driving permit or somthing when driving in hungary.. it says i can get them in petrol stations but dose anyone know what it is?
also are they needed in the other countrys i will drive through?
i will be passing through france,belgium,germany,austria,slovenia and then into hungary finishing in pecs.
also do they accept cards as payment at the tolls?or cash only? what sort of prices can i expect at the tolls?

Well you won't be on any toll roads in France because you will be heading to Brussels in Belgium. Germany and Belguim motorways are toll free. Austria requires a Motorway Vignettes which you can buy at the boarder/petrol station ...
