Czech Republic Tolls - Euros?

Flying into Brno in Czech Republic and driving to Slovakia.

Won't have local currency (Czech) only Euros for stay in Slovakia.

Looking at Google maps it seems best route out uses toll roads in Czech - can I pay with Euros at the tolls?
