Norfolk / Suffolk recommendations pls

I'm planning a little run up to Suffolk / Norfolk and not knowing the area so well would really appreciate any advice on decent roads. We drive 7's, so for us any of the smaller/quieter twisty type roads are perfect.....its a blank canvas at present in terms of route - so any suggestions of roads to avoid as well as those to search out would be most helpful.
we'd be coming up from Kent and returning the same day - if that gives you a clue about possible roads/routes....
