Picked up my P6 today smile Drove it about 150 miles and had a really lovely day!

It's a '72 P6 V8 automatic in Almond with a black leather interior.

Heres some pics:

That, I like. (But I don't like the spare on the boot lid).

Funny you should say that ... I didn't like it either - it's annoying - you can't see much out the back so ... I've put it back in the boot and put the badge back on! Just did it after the photoshoot! smile

Very nice. Been looking for one of those (or a P5) since I sold my MG. Can I have that please?

Do love these. There was an old boy who lived across from my in laws. Had one from new and it had covered only 15000 miles. Was a K plate and this was in 2004. I think the whole village had their eye on it when he passed away

Thank you smile I'd have thought the last picture would have gave away that I'm a girl, though, lol!

Nice 'Tina' Falkster. My 1st car was a mkIII. I'm on the lookout for a good one. Especially a coupe (Taunus on the continent). P5 would be nice too.

The boot mounted spare is considered quite "desirable" so it should really stay...... unless of course there are scrotes round your way that would like a Rover wheel and tyre?

What am I offering?

Why, my undying love and devotion of course! So long as my wife doesn't mind!

Great car enjoy. We had a 3500 P6 auto when we first got together (about 11 years ago) and the looks our lass used to get when she was driving it were something to behold. Lorn absolutely loved that car as well but we had to sell it when we bought the house - sad as it was a minter.

That looks like it's in outstandingly good condition!

Looking at your car history you've had a few decent motors though smile
