New member - Evo 6

Evening all. Only recently joined but hadn't got round to posting any pics of my car til now. It's an Evo 6 GSR - the car I've always dreamed of owning since I was in my late teens...
And doing what it does best - getting thrown around a track.
It's running 390bhp and 390 lb/ft torque @ 1.6 bar boost and has had various bits done to it, the main ones being the engine and turbo from an 8 MR, an 8 RS rear diff, Autronics ECU, Tein coilovers and Performance Friction 2-piece floating discs. Visually it's got a carbon fibre bonnet, Tommi Makinen front bumper and TSL one-piece headlights to make it look a little different to your average GSR. It was always a weekend/track toy but recently it's also become my main runabout, so Tescos shopping trips are now quite amusing.
Anyway, I realise it's not everyone's cup of tea but after two years of owning it, I still smile every time I see it. And grin like an idiot when I drive it, which is surely the perfect criteria for a car!

t you not- just looking at the 1st pictures i started thinking, evo 6's are the best, in years to come people should swop the engines to the newer engines, all the better power and reliablity wise. Honastly the rays volk, are my favourate rim. And quite unusualy i approve of each and every mod.

Thanks. I've always been partial to intimidating looking cars. It's definitely not the prettiest car (although I still think it looks sexy) but it has a nice 'get out of my way' feel to it which I like.
