newbie-clio 182 cup
Discussion
Hi all, I saw newbie, been on this site a while just never got round to posting pictures of my car! Or really introducing myself!
I'm Alex (obviously) a slight car nut, my first 'car' was techincally a rotax max, which I used to race back when I was 13, since then I've had my actual first car a nissan mirca, which despite being bullet proof never kept me happy speed wise, so I moved onto a vauxhall tigra - originally a 1.6 which I got bored with so squeezed a c20xe inside! I always loved the noise those engines made, sadly the tigra got killed by someone one their mobile, also putting me in hospital for 3 weeks! After getting out of hospital I brought myself an MG ZS 180 which I loved but the issue with the gearbox brackets was a pain and I ended up part exchanging that for my current car ... A clio 182 with both cup packs - since having the clio I've fitted a scorpion exhaust, laguna front splitter and removed the trophy spoiler for the smaller one! The car has also been remapped and had a new inlet manifold fitted! I think the clio has had its problems but they've all been sorted by the garage I brought it from and hasn't put a foot wrong yet!
I will upload some photos of it once I get near a computer! But at the moment just saying hello!

Sadly, the crash did have a bit of an effect, a few scars which are almost gone now, a damaged spine and severe concussion and memory loss! The crash was 3 years ago and still going to various specialist's having various tests done to determine the damage caused to my brain!
Thanks for the tips! Ill keep in mind the no text speak (generally out of the system thanks to a blackberry) and I've noticed the general love for the mx5!

1. Always useful to be powerfully built, makes a huge difference when an argument starts on the web...
2. Custard is esential if you ever attend a sunday service. After the roast we all have a nice hot pudding and there is never enough custard to go round. At the recent Renault/Nissan sunday service Garlick (head boy on this site) made a wonderful syrup sponge. It was to die for.
3. Every loves a Mazda, you have to in order to become a PHer. The answer to every what car question on here is always a Bongo.
4. Poor gramer is vulger and we cant stand por speling on dis site.
HTH!!
PS, love the 182, on my short list for a track day toy at the moment.

tting. Have a tin of Birds custard handy to place with the object/car/real girlfriend and take photo proof What fools would take a picture of a tin of custard next to their car. As if.
