04 Civic Sport Build Thread

Hello,

I'm Alex, I'm 21 and I've got an 04 plate Civic Sport 1.6. I know the engine is nothing special and isn't as mental as some of the cars on here but until my insurance is cheaper then it'll have to do

First mod was HIDs and new sidelights :



Then EPsquad and shocker sticker and window tints :


Then came type r alloys and an aem induction kit and red interior foot lighting :



Next was painted rocker cover, brake calipers and type r spoiler :



Next, new head unit and stickerbombed dash



Also got a sub and amp wired up but no pictures.

Then a datum 1 tow hook complete with fluffy dice. Dice have now been removed and replaced with a pg tips monkey



Next was a jdm rear arb, noticed it quite a bit when chucking it round corners


And a spoon n1 and new manifold



Then I got a double din head unit on the cheap from a mate who didn't want it anymore. Sat nav, dvd, blurgh the works. Attatched a ps2 to it as well


Stickerbombed the underside of my bonnet. I know its not to everyones taste but I like it



I've also got a decat pipe to go on when I get the time to do it and wind deflectors.

Great colour choice! Not sure about the stickerbombed bits, but whatever floats your boat.

Is the insurance really cheaper than a standard type R with them mods?

WTF Is with the stupid hook, toys and stickers - otherwise, great car, the other mods look good. Noticed much difference with the engine since?

I thought the toys were something to do with the drift scene and it has filtered down on to fwd hatches.

Also I think your HID lights are illegal as I doubt they have been fitted properly

Come on guys give the kid a break... some of the things he's done aren't to my taste but it's his car and he's doing most of the stuff himself, all credit to him.

PS I don't understand the fluffy dice either but I think it's a young un's thing....

Not a fan generally of doing all the tints and lights to cars etc but the stickerbombing of the dash is cool.

Really like the sticker bombing to be honest especially the dash looks good to me and far better than just boring grey plastic imo where did you buy the stickers from tempted to try it on the MG...
