Right then,

Not really done one of these before. I wasnt meant to buy a car but it was a good deal and I couldnt say no. I didnt bother with my MX5 as didnt keep it long enough. Loved the car but did my back in.
I bought this Clio off a garage I know who do Remap work. So has had the works only downside is the graphics.

It needs a bit of work but nothing to serious. A/C regas and rear discs and pads (they look tiny not sure if its how its meant to be.)

Am planning on doing a couple of sessions at lydden at the weekend to see if anything needs doing.

Am on the scrounge for some bucket seats, a couple of wheels and any other bits that are purposfull.

Yes it is on ebay at the moment, but not that worried if it sells.

Nice mate!

I hardly think you'll need to do anything with the rears, they hardly get used. Concentrate on the front and if you feel you'd like to improve the rear then consider new discs and pads. Plenty of advice over at cliosport.net if you want to pop over and say hi

I did think the same when I looked at my rear discs.
You can get wheels of eBay for a few quid.

I have a 172 Cup, great little cars, huge fun just not always reliable!

Enjoy & let us know what you upgrade (if anything).

As above great little cars. Build quality is shocking but thats not what they are about.

If you haven't already stick a set of R888's on some 15's and start scaring your self!

Dump the AC and save weight woohoo

Already got 888's on the back, and fronts are in the garage is what I need the spare rims for.

Luckily I work in the motor trade so can normally get work done at very good rates.

Regarding weight, I am not going to try and save weight on the car till I get of my lazy arse and lose some smile

Another set of wheels on route and some more track days booked over winter.

yeah I panicked when I first saw my rear discs smile my 172 cup had a new sump last week, dead excited to pick her up only for the alternator to die on the way home frown I will drive it soon again, honest! brilliant little things when they are working well though!
