how has the XC90 ownership experience been? have you had it long?

we have the use of one (T6 petrol) for towing the Horse trailer, it is a superb bit of kit.... If I was in the market for a SUV I'd be going for one myself

I'd be interested in your views on the XC90 too. Looking at getting a D5 03-05 in the near future.

The XC has been a great car, its August 2003 and we bought it in June 2006 replacing a dog of a ML320 which spent more time at the Merc dealers than on the road. come what may we get 30 to the gallon even with 6 up and a roof box. when its replaced it will be another XC I think, just clicked over 60000 miles yesterday so loads of life left.

My classic went today, I cant belive how gutted I was seeing another chap driving off in my car, that said Justin seemed like a good 'egg' who will look after it.

I wonder if I will have the new Scooby 8+ years?

I remember getting a ride in a 2003 Impreza like yours when I was about 10.The acceleration and braking gave the most amazing feeling and I've never experienced anything like it before or after.I now know why these cars have such a strong following.
