Here is my Focus RS.
Its a 2003, with 21k on the clock.
I picked it up two months ago, with 19k on the clock. The previous owner bought it from new. Very cherished car, Ive added a few little bits to it, but trying to keep it looking as oem as possible, as the good ones seem to be holding their value well now!

Recently had it rolling roaded with Charlie at Surrey Rolling Road, where it made 301.9bhp, and 330lbft.

Its an awesome car, very well composed at all speeds, and surprises alot more exotic machinery.

Big thanks to Matt Peters who recently took the pictures.

Lovely.

At 300+bhp I'd say it's not quite as standard as you make out hehe

I miss the one I had frown

I like the look of these a lot more than the Mk2 RS.
I've seen some Mk1's with carbon fibre etc. on exterior and it doesn't look half as good as the standard car.
How does it cope with 300bhp and fwd?

Just what I was going to say. Quite a coincidence since my name is Robbie B too!

Nice Focus too.

At 300bhp, it doesn't sound all that standard!

Thanks for the comments.
As said Im trying to keep it looking as oem as possible. Most people dont notice the black FMIC behind the front bumper.

Next plans are to get new front discs and pads. Then a month or so later, get the cambelt and Aux belt done, just to be on the safe side.

Hi, I took these pictures.. Sorry about the swirly bits, I forgot the Wedding/Portrait watermark was set!

These shots are perfectly in focus on my PC, I would have thought it was the Photobucket compression that has killed the quality.. I had hoped to used my flashes more, but my trigger battery had died, so another shoot is defo on the cards!

It looks like a fantastic car. I've always loved the look of these (on the outside at least, never much cared for the Halfords Special interior). I'm glad they made them when they did, even if it wasn't the return of the RS badge that some hoped for, better to have something than nothing! I'd have loved to have seen a 4WD version.

That said, quotes like the above bother me. Why do people say things like this to big up their car? Even in factory standard tune, a Focus RS is never going to be a slouch. It just reminds me too much of the 300bhp/ton incident, with him chasing a TVR relentlessly in his Smart car.

Very nice! What's turned this into a 300bhp car then?

Had one of these since new and I'm green with envy for the condition of that car, but with only 21,000 miles on the clock I know I've had a heck of a lot more fun putting the 77,000 on mine biggrin
