Sorrato 205 gti

Not posted in here for a while.

The gf's neighbour actually ended my old 205 1.1s life by reversing into it(not a scratch on his car!)

Anyway needed a car fast so I got a saxo vtr which I thought would be decent but tbh the drive let me down maybe I was expecting too much!

Then last week my brother whos in the trade said a friend has a 205 gti thats been sitting in his garage for 4 years so went for a look.

I was expecting a complete wreak in a damp soggy garage or something as many of these type of cars turn out to be.

How wrong was I!

The paint is nearly perfect bar a few scratches where his childrens bikes have caught it but there aren't any dents.He put the battery on charge the day before and it fired right up!

The history folder is as thick as a large book even the orginal receipt for the deposit,marketing folder,service book,spare immobliser fob,stereo warrenty etc orginally bought by a doctor!

All it needed for the mot was a inner rack joint.

Anyway enough waffling onto the pics!

Very nice mate, is it a non sunny? Phase 2 sorrento's always look very nice!

Just need some fresh badges on the boot trim and some siem driving lights
