my VXR8 Wortec Carbon Edition

I picked this up recently having decided I was bored with my BMW 335d after two years and wanted a V8 
It started out as a standard VXR8 that had the Wortec Carbon Edition package installed. This included a Harrop Supercharger, FMIC, Electronic Switchable Exhaust (loud or louder
), remap, 20" Alloys, Upgraded suspension (since replaced with full coilover setup), Cold Air Intake system and upgraded fuelling.
It's rated at 620+ fwhp and is a bit of a handful in the wet
When I picked it up, it was in need of some paint correction, lots of swirls and a few marks sorting out etc, so it's been in to PWPro in Mansfield for a bit of TLC - have to say i'm very impressed with the outcome!

Isn't all VXR8s RWS? I think by "fwhp" OP meant "flywheel HP"?
unless hes getting mixed up with the vectra vxr?Love these cars!
Was drooling over one very similar in the classifieds the other week.. when will it be my turn!
edit: infact, it might be the same one! were some of the advert pics taken on a dark tarmac drive outside a brick garage?

I had been on the hunt for a VXR8 for a while and was adamant I wanted a Grey or Silver Automatic with the 6.2l LS3 engine. I definately didnt want manual and black 
Then I saw this, thought "what the hell, gotta be worth a look?" I pulled up outside and the seller started it up to move it (with the exhaust on "loud") and my mate just looked at me, saw the grin on my face and knew I was buying it no matter what he said
