1989 G registration, bought as weekend plaything 4 weeks ago and after a few 'tweaks' this is what I have ended up with, not a typical PH motor, but a huge laugh to drive.

It does not have sat nav, abs, air-con, climate control, Ipad inetgrated ICE, hill descent control, parking aids, traction control, stability control, central locking, electric windows, electric mirrors, clock or any creature comforts of any kind.

But, it does have a stonking V8, two seats and is on my drive (thanks to Ebay + late Friday night bid (thanks Smirnoff)) for £4,000.hehe

Love it!!!!

I'd really love a 109 stage 1 or later 110 with a full canvas tilt, V8 of course.

Awesome.

Very envious of Defender owners. I wish my disco looked as cool.

Yes it is the old Buick based 3528cc out of an early Range Rover.

Not sure what BHP it is running (rough running at the moment), but a service/tune next week will make it smoother I hope.
