My 106 Rallye and E30, track and daily drivers.
Discussion
Im Ben, i've been hovering around the forum for a few years but rarely post anything, anyway i thought i would share my cars with you on this wet Saturday afternoon!
I'll start with my daily driver 1988 BMW E30 318i, bought around a year and a half ago with 116k on the clock its generally pretty good condition for a car of its age! I cant say its a fun drive but i do love how smooth and comfortable it is as well as its retro looks.

My other car is my Peugeot 106 Rallye, i have owned this for nearly 5 years and i cannot let it go! Bought standard with 67k on the clock and now touching 112k, it was my first car and used a lot for the first few years but these days it gets used on as many Autosolos and other events as poss. Its not quite so standard anymore although the engine remains untouched.
For anyone interested Farnborough District Motor Club regularly hold events and is a good low budget way of competing in your road car. I Recently pushed the car to gain the fastest time of the day award

Cheers everyone,
The bonnet, ahh i think i forgot to close it properly....
The mods on the rallye are:
Pugsport exhaust system
421 manifold
powerflex bushes
206 gti front brakes
bilstein suspension with 35mm springs and rear lowered
bucket seats and harnesses
sparco steering wheel
few other bits n pieces but nothing engine related
Currently have 205gti wheels fitted in white but has totally ruined the handling!
The E30 is a dark metallic green, although im unsure of what the colour is called, havent seen many around so must be a pretty rare colour?
