hi ya folks new to this site, seen a fellow members post on here from www.williamsclio.co.uk and thought i would share my pride an joy(s)

righty oh, the escort was bought from ebay for £400 back in september 2009 from cambridge. shes done 143k and had been off the road since june 2009, but regulary started in that time off the road. bodywise the car wasnt in too bad shape, there was a patch on the sill,nasty hole behind the wheel spat(common) slam panel, and of course, the battery tray was non existent!
the roof is in really good condition(its not the first original roof on the car from new though.

heres the first pic after we had bought her home and off the back of the trailer

stripped out old worn and knackered front and back seats








and added a pair of fiesta turbo recaros (ebay £50 the pair!!)


mark 4 cabriolet rear bench




bumper caps and overriders back to blacked and ready to go back on

goodies for the engine, complete service, new front discs and pads,cambelt,timing belt,fuel filter,clutch,water pump etc etc (my friends a mechanic)


she passed her MOT with flying colours! and now ready for the journey to the spray shop

got rid of the hella grille and fitted proper original carello spotlights





a few pics from FITP (fiesta in the park show)







and there you have my ford classic :0) only used 6 months of the year april-september and dry stored all winter. hope you like it :0)

Are you anywhere near Upminster? I saw a Williams 3 at the mini roundabout between Upminster, Ockendon and West Horndon.

very nice cars, I have driven a willaims 1 and it was very exciting to drive, the closest I got to owning one was a 94 and a 95 valver frown

one is a clio williams (1994 phase 1)

and the other williams 3 (1995 phase 2)

yes there are differences between the both of them, too much to list, but check out this link :0)
