Bought in 2010 at 35,000 miles. Completely standard. 1st 2 pics were taken well before I got any photography knowledge wink

My first year insurance did mean I couldn't modify the car in any way.

That soon changed when I got my own policy!

Stainless cat-back exhaust system
K&N induction and custom cold air feed
-45mm Eibach springs
15mm Eibach wheel spacers
LED side/interior lights
Flat aero wipers
Alloys refurbed by http://www.f1alloys.co.uk/ Dark gunmetal with black tinted gold pearl lacquer!
A one off finish that I haven’t seen before. They look black in shadow, but a brilliant gold metallic in direct sunlight!

And of course hours and hours of detailing! Full paint correction at least once a year. And regular wax/cleanse applications.

I’ve spent a fortune on the car but hopefully the 'now' pictures speak for them selves.

The headlights are very chavvy, but apart from that its a nice car.

How have you found the gearbox?

Last picture was a 20 second exposure so they've completly blown out white. They are just the sidelights (I havent changed the main lights)

Found the box o.k. Up changes take too long but it rev matches the down changes in the same way as heel and toe'ing does which is very nice!

http://www.powerflowexhausts.co.uk/

I'd get a custom one made if i was doing it again! mines just a boggo 3" Ashley system.

It does the job nicely though!

When I have the time and money im looking to get a full decat manifold, fast road cams and the vts inlet manifold! should see 140 bhp

Used to sell these new, although Wicked Red wasn't very popular on VTRs. Had a C2 GT (basically the same 110bhp 1.6 VTR but with manual gearbox) as a company demo when I was 19, christ I thought I had arrived good n' proper!

Not bad value now, sold a couple since and the SensoDrive gearbox is nicer than I remember.
