After months of searching and test drives i eventually found a replacement for my Alpina D3. Alpine was a superb all round package but i missed that V8 sound.

Lovely, i think i actually prefer the look of the saloon over the coupe, looks more aggressive somehow. And i like the red, makes a nice change from the usual shades of grey.

Great looking car, rare in red I'd imagine too!
Where was that last shot taken?
I'm racking my brains, but can't remember how I know the place.

Last shot was taken at The Tummel Inn just west of Pitlochry. Had a great week touring the central lowlands and Highlands.

That's the reason i went for the saloon. I think the rear looks more aggressive and chunk.

I opted for the Melbourne Red because as a kid i would see my mates dads red e30 M3 Sport almost daily. The car just reminds me of that. As does the swage line that leads to the boot.

That looks great. Specially in red!

Although, I prefer the 18's to the 19's unless they're the competition pack, csl type ones. But that's just me.

Great buy

I've done similar in the past.
Used to holiday in the Loch Tay area as a kid so have been past the Tummel Inn a few times.

So much better looking than the coupe in my opinion!
