Hi just sign up today what looks to be a great website and with intresting topics (made me late for work this morning) When i brought this car 4 years ago it was a bit of a shed with no roof so i started restoring the Ghia with my good friend Steve at work in are spare time. It was a challenge but with the help of Samba.com we got through it. Its so important to have forums like this whether you are working on a full restoration to small jobs the knowledge is out there this the reason why they should be open to everybody and not just members only like my club. It took 8 months at work and a further year at home to complete (well nothing really completed theres always some think to do fix it till its broken) The only down side of this restoration Steve misses bu**ered off with the laptop with all the photos of the work carried out (bh) Anyway if theres any ladies out there intrested in Steve(now divorced)very good with body work give us a call. Must have a laptop because he hasnt got one. Chuckie
