Thought I would post this up on here as well as the usual Alfa forums (155.org and AO).
I have basically just copied what I had put down on them
Righty then, finally I have myself a 155 after looking around for over 10 months and letting a few slip through mu fingers by either not being quick enough or not having the funds ready at the time.
She is Bullets old motor which I flew to Dundee to collect and drive back without seeing her.
Mechanically she's spotless, but the exterior does need a few things doing to her, mainly just sorting out the paint issues and get the speedlines refurbed for the moment. I was going to do loads of mods to her but I think I won't bother unless I need to replace something and a aftermarket part might be better
So here's a small list of what I plan to do when I get a chance.
- Get the bonnet resprayed as it has loads of road rash.
- Maybe get the whole car resprayed depending on finances at the time.
- Wheel refurb.
- Paint the engine rocker cover either OEM colour or Proteo Red so it matches the exterior.
- Replace the awful blue LEDs (can't see them hardly) with either OEM green bulbs or red LEDs (on the dash this is).
- Maybe replace the powerflow exhaust with a Wizard item when it becomes avaliable.
And now for the photo's, not many so far though.
Her heart is a 1.8 16v twin spark (alloy top) and sounds a bit like a spitfire when pressing on

Cheers guys, as I said, I had spent months and months looking for the right 155 with no rust and she's completely solid, which is rare for a 155
I have been driving her around all evening and have to say that she rides and handles superbly, the engine is just wonderful and just revs and revs until you get bored or run outta road, she also sounds rather unique with a glorious engine bellow

might be of interest if your looking for a donor car for spare, cause lets face it it's an Alfa and it will break from time to time

Finally replaced the blue LEDs with the normal bulbs so she finally looks normal and not chavved to f

Also sorted out the gearstick problem by greasing up all the connections again and now it moves back to centre as it should, and picked up another set of speedlines for spares
Now that I have driven her for a while I must say that the handling is spot-on, feels lovely
