Picked up my new motor a couple of weeks ago now after selling the Cooper S, a MK5 Golf R32 with DSG. Loving the car, the sound is epic and its just silly quick. Best of all its quiet on the motorway and comes alive when you give it the beans.

Some of you may have seen it at Silverstone in the PH car park. Wanted one for ages in this colour and the Recaro seats cloud9, really chuffed with it, even got 30MPg average on route to Silverstone and back. Anyway a few pics,

Cheers, Kenny

Bah, thread title made me think it would be about one of these;

Nonetheless, your Golf R32 is very nice too. As you said, they sound great, and those Recaros look very comfy indeed.

Sort the exhaust flapper out and it'll sound even better.

Damnit it's just a Golf.

Nice shade of blue though. Like most of them I guess!

I thought it maybe a VW Golf, and it looks a lovely one at that. It looks familiar - was it at Silverstone on Sunday? If so, looked great in person also.

All you skyline jokers!! Haha smile

Yes mate it was in the PH carpark at Silverstone. I did search for 3 months, there are some terrible examples out there, this one was spot on. Hopefully going to give her a full detail soon smile

2k! Either he has been ripped off to absolute buggery, or they happen to have Brembo etc wrote on them..... As for mpg, I got 30mpg on the nose on my route from Derbyshire to Silverstone, there and back, with a few times giving it the absolute beans. Of course this will sit around 22mpg in town etc.

Thanks for the positive comments guys, the sound sealed it for me. Ok I too adore Skylines but hey ho... smile
