Hello everyone, allow me your attention for a while, and maybe even your imagination. Today I picked up my dream car.

We had our first scary moment earlier, I wasn't paying attention to the road as I played with the heating, and had to stop very quickly at a zebra crossing. The woman shook her head disapprovingly, but I quickly pulled alongside her as she walked and stopped to say sorry. She looked genuinely surprised and grateful that I had stopped to apologise and said so with words, and the world felt like a good place again.

Thanks mrbright and deol. It really is just a great place to be. Even 5 miles of traffic was a pleasure.

Congratulations on passing your test recently deol. It's a great feeling. An R33 is definitely on my car wishlist, but I think i'm going to be very happy with this little monster for a long time.

Do you have your first car yet and what is it if so?

I'm sure you could get rid of the awful bodykit, spoiler and wheels and get it back to standard?

I used to have a Rev 3 MR2 Turbo. Awesome car, very fast, quite comfortable.

I don't mind that at all, it looks in decent enough condition and the colour is lovely. The body kit actually suits it, in a Need For Speed sort of way. Only thing I'm not too keen on is the alloys.

Thats looking really good Dan, I'm glad to see you got one! The later models with the round lights like yours, look much more better and modern to me.

Make sure you polish up your driving on Gran Turismo before you hoon it, Mid Engined cars can be a tad sharp. :P

And be sure to keep it waxed. It should be alright by now, as it looks fine in the pictures, but some of the red ones can fade terribly, with different panels fading at different rates, making it look awful!

Did the track car not inspire you enough frown

Go Yellow or go home hehe
Would love to drive a non stripped out Mr2 to see how much difference it all makes having an interior around you. Great cars in whatever format though.

That engine just wants to be hammered all the time.

It worked with my mate that used to browse these pages in an Astra Coupe - he saw your vids and got an MR2 the other week.

His first comment was - Jack is right, it is twitchy! hehe
