Ive recently decided to get rid of my old 350z in favour of something a little more fun/practicle, picked this up a few weeks ago now!



Got some new disks/pads/braided lines/fluid ordered, but other than that, a damn good clean is in order!

cheers guys, its an absolute hoon to drive, its got naff all torque but once up in the revs its so happy to be there!

The zed definately felt more solid as a car, but imo the clio is much much more fun! The nissan was great in a straight line, but far too easy to get your licence removed. Any road other than a motorway i would pick the clio 9 times out of 10! It just handles like its on rails, 4pot brembos and recaro's, its great!!! I can see me keeping it a while tbh!

This thread really needs an update. I am currently in a 350 and went for the sports car as something different. I really am interested in a full rundown of the change mate!

Ok.... Update! Sorry its a little late!

I love the Clio, its not the greatest on fuel (25mpg), Lacks torque, Cup suspension is pretty hard, and the seats are a little awkward to get in and out of... but practicality aside, its epic!

Bought her a few little treats over xmas...

New brakes went on along with a cambelt and service

New floor mats

Then i replaced the standard reflector lights for some projector style lenses


Put a full set of Osram Night breaker bulbs in them while i was at it as i really dont wannt be taking the bumper off again in a hurry!

They're a bit addictive when you're in the mood, they'll put a massive grin on your face.

The odd times when you just want to get from A-B in comfort or maybe suffer from a bad back you could do with an inbuilt swear filter.

Love mine most of the time, winter doesn't help though.

Amazon mate, were about £45, clips to hold them secure were £5 from Renault (77 11 220 013 is the part number for the clips)
