Lancia Delta Integrale rust bucket....ummm I mean project.

Hello folks,im new to PH so thought i would say hello 
.this is my first ever project so gone in the deep end abit i think,each time i open the workshop door my belly sinks but at the same time i get a twinge in my pants,lol. the last guy owed it 11 years but it had been parked up about 7 of those.it all came about when i was looking at random "project" type cars on ebay to keep me out the mrs way then came across a delta but it was a 1.6 hf turbo front wheel drive, i then thought id do some more homework,a whole 2 weeks later and i couldnt hold back any longer and knew i wanted an integrale,so back to ebay i went and found one in southampton,5 days later and it was love 
.on the trailer she went with the rear screen on the back seat so i could collect as much water on the way home to cornwall as possible.
i have now started stripping her to hunt down as much rust as i can so i know theres nothing else hidden away that along with freeing up the starter, going to be fun with my fat hands.on a plus not only was the car full of water but also a ton of parts inc an evo spoiler(ally not plastic).ill put some pics up and hope they dont bore you too much,itll give you an idea of what ive let myself in for.

i only knew the roof was so wet because i took the headliner out just incase,lol,glad i did.its sure going to test my welding "skills".ive been picking up cans of wax oil as n when ive some spare cash,8 cans so far,dont think they deliver it by tanker do they?lol,coz im going to need it.under the car looks quite fresh but think i might strip it off just to be sure.
thanks very much guys.its a swiss kat so its an 8v but with all the 16v trick bits,it was made as the swiss regs are strict on emissions.only done 46.000 miles ish.did run when i collected it but as the breaks had bound i stalled it loading on the trailer and starter packed up right then,hope to free it up once ive taken it off,planning on cracking on with it over the next few days as ive got 4 days off work but the mrs has a list for me,doh!

Same as my old one, 8V KAT model. Only 165 ish bhp but felt fairly quick. I'll have to find a photo later so you can see the wheels it should have. 
Good luck - love the Integrales, in any form.
It looks like you have your work cut out though - looks like a good candidate for using a donor car...if you can find one that isn't just as rotten! Wouldn't need to be an Integrale.
Dod you get much history with it? HEC is a Cumbria/Lancs reg.
