Just sold my Aston so looking for a new set of wheels
just looking for suggestions , must be a bit more practical and fit two children in the back and not loose to much money during ownership
looked at an rs4 convertible and a 996 {worry about the engine problems} and a Maserati 4200 {worry about everything}
Before i buy what can you think of

personally i would go for a 996 turbo
our carrera 2 is fantastic i wouldn't worry too much about engine issues, there more common on 997's
if the engine problems were that much of an issue, Porsche wouldn't have such a large following

One of those fancy dacia's might do the trick, at £5.995 brand new it would be mad not to!!! Your not going to lose much either, easy get a couple of kids in the back ;-)

I know it is not a coupe but the Maserati Quattroporte looks absolutely gorgeous in the flesh.

Agreed 996 turbo, the engine was slightly different in the turbos and I believe it doesn't suffer from the mis and rms issues of the earlier 3.4 engined 996's.
