I was going to say it looks a bit much, and then I got to the engine spec! Lovely bit of kit you have there, and I love that it has the "go" to match the "show".

It looks nice but... why didnt you just buy an RS focus? Surely wouldnt have cost much more than what it looks like you've spent?

Does look good aside from the stickers and the numberplate sticker on the bonnet. Would look much better without.

Was it not a similar amount of money to build this as to just buy a focus RS?

Thanks for the comments guys, always going to be marmite bits on a car.

Yes it would of been cheaper to buy a Focus RS however it would not of had arches that flare into the doors and sills and rear arches that flare as part of the sill. It makes people have a double take to take it in.

GTI Frank:

Maybe explains the arches a touch better? A focus RS arch stops on te 1/4 panel.

Very nice

I can understand why you have ploughed your own furrow as opposed to just buying an RS - its unique and its yours

I have the "pleasure" of working with Alex, and although we have some banter between us (Ford vs Peugeot) I must say the Focus is a credit to him.

He's still a geek though!

Oh no, just noticed you have bonnet risers in, that is one mod I just can't get away with!

Nice. Thought I'd read somewhere "full leather" stretching the definition biggrin

Good work on the paint as well, fair play getting that kind of finish on your track toy.

Cheers lofty, your everywhere. Hes last peugeot was very well done!

Frank it did originally have heated leather seats. Well leather facings.......lol

Bonnet raisers keep the temps lower when your stationary, ideal on the sprint days I do.

Thanks for the positive comments guys smile
