Hi I am a long time lurker and am trying to get involved a bit more so I thought I would list my car history in roughly the order I owned them!

'01 Land Rover Freelander
'75 Land Rover Series 3 Swb
'02 Saab 9-3 TiD

The order is a bit mixed up and some were owned at the same time but I think that is it! There was also a number of bikes.
I am currently trying to decide between another old Land Rover or an E30 320i, a car I have fancied for ages!

5 Year Lurker!

I think I've only got photos of the last few, the second audi( unfortunately the more shed like one! Bought for £100 as an mot failure requiring lower arms and sold for £500 ish 18 months later!) ill have a dig around and see which others I can find

I bought a '95 80 1.6 that needed some MOT bits, again bought for £100 and sold for £500. I spent £300ish on it though.

Hi adam,

I've owned an immaculate E30 320i in the distant past. It's a lovely sounding engine and revs better than the 325i but its woefully slow and less economical than the 325i with a lot less low down torque. In fact you will struggle to better 25mpg on long runs and sub 20 around town. Around the same economy as my current m5. Not just mine, everyone on the e30 zone and even the owners handbook state that its less economical than the 2.5!

My skoda felicia, given to me free by a friend posted to germany, I used it to move with, as a run around and sold it after 6 months


And so I was looking for either a Land Rover or something interesting and after reading a few shed of the weeks and a lot of ebay surfing and disappointment, I bid on, and won this


its got 117000 on the clock, a small amount of rust on the drivers arch that has been repaired badly, but more importantly MOT till November and tax until July. I had read good things about them but this turns out to be the best drive out of everything I have owned! I enjoyed the drive back so much I didn't actually want it to end!
