Mk2 MX-5 1.8 'RS'

Hi all,

Another MX-5 I'm afraid, its my first and my first cabirolet too. Last car (that ran) was an E39 540i Sport Auto - so quite a change but that's what I wanted! Its a 1.8 'RS' so has a 6-speed box, LSD etc. Made 131bhp at SRR.

First couple of photos as I bought it, I've had a new roof fitted yesterday and also changed the exhaust and rear lights.

Looks really tidy OP. Any other plans for it?

I want to get it aligned, but there is a nasty knock at the front so no point having it done until that's fixed.

I'm not sure how good the suspension is on the car really so wondering if I'm getting the best out of it as it is. I can't have it any lower though, so not sure what to go for!

I can recommend someone for the geo in Sheffield. I know that some people actually travel further to him, but its probably a bit far...

Probably a bit far, but thanks. Already did 400 odd miles this weekend for the roof!

Yep! I decided to not make that a part of the deal and had the factory one re-trimmed..

I don't know anything about the interiors, its an import so that may be why?

Thats why it has high back seats, yes. Im surprised that it has material though, rather than leather.

All RS' that I've seen have cloth seats
