That looks stunning. As said looks so fresh for a 10 year old car, prefer it to the new shape even. Would love a 3.0 at some point

Thanks..unfortunately the wheels are copies, but i think i'll leave them on because they suit the car so well.

Copies or not, unless someone is a wheel nut (boom boom) or looks very closely then no one will know. Especially in traffic or when out on the hoon its even less noticable. I think they look great and do the job nicely. Car looks great!

Looks fantastic in that colour and with those wheels. Have you taken the orange reflectors out of the headlights? Looks much better either way!

Enjoy, great cars. Miss mine every day!

Edit: has somebody put the face lift 2007+ bumper on?

The previous owner changed all the lights, fitted Eibach springs, Msport seats/steering wheel and had the seats/interior recovered in alcantara/nappa leather amongst lots of other mods, its the first car i've bought with nothing left to do really ! Had to buy a new battery last weekend but thats it.

Really nice car mate top choice, I bought a Z4 a few months ago and love it too.

After having mine a few months there's a few things I have learnt that I'm happy to share. Hopefully this isn't pointing things out to you that you already have learnt.

Learn how to un-block the drain holes for the roof, When I cleared mine a whole load of crap came out. Its important to do this as the roof motor can get damaged from a build up of water.

Be careful when "fiddling" with things on the car. When adjusting the drivers window position I accidentally put the ignition on whilst certain sensors where disconnected. I know have the lovely red passenger airbag light on that im going to have to pay someone to reset.

Thanks for the heads up..i checked the roof drains on Friday, they were all clear. Yes i've read of a few strange things with the electrical system if the correct procedures are not followed.

Thanks everyone for the comments, it drives great. Even managed to have the top down for the last 2 days. I didn't exchange it for anything to be honest, just an addition. I don't think i'll be adding anything else for awhile. It wouldn't go down to well at home. Just seemed like a good idea, i'd rather run a few older cars than buy something new.

Great cars. I used to have a 3.0i Z4 and to be honest it was probably the best car I've owned. Took it round the Alps and it didn't miss a beat smile
