A few weeks ago I decided that a camper would be nice to have. I got chatting to the girlfriend's dad and he offered to go halves with me 
Off to E-bay looking at Bedford CFs I went (dad had one when I was a kid) and then the neighbour sent me a link to a MK1 Transit...
I thought I'd have a punt on it and next thing I know I have won the auction.
Two days later and off I go to pick it up, A fuelling issue (air getting in somewhere) meant it eventually came back on a recovery lorry but it's home (still working on the source of the air leak).
Inside we have a shower, toilet (with new Thetford cassette), oven, 3 hob burner, 3-way fridge and sink. The hot water system is currently broken but I'll fix that once the engine is running properly!
Planning on using it to with the Scouts/ Cadets while we are out and about and so the gf and I can just disappear to the coast for the weekend when the weather is nice.

. At £1550 we could dismantle it for fixtures and fittings and make most of it back
