Thanks chaps. It's coming freshly serviced with new tyres, discs & pads all round. I was after a silver one originally, but this blue looks fab in the sunshine. Don't think I'll miss the IQ after this!

19? I had a £600 1978 Golf when I was that age

Car cost £5.9k . There were Astras in the showroom for £25k
