Thought I'd use my 1000th post to start a thread about my new car. Had it a week, much enjoyment so far.

84k, FSH, long MOT and whatnot.


And it's gorgeous.






.... and because all of PH doesn't shop at Asda or Tesco, here's one a bit more upmarket.

Very nice However I'd much prefer a 1.8T 4x4 Elegance (with some minor fettling, K04 etc obviously) for the sleeper appeal but I guess that's just me

Mine was £2750 from a dealer. Perhaps a little much, but I'm happy with the deal I got.

I had one of these as my first 'proper' car a while ago. Despite many more flash cars since then it's still the car I look back at and think I should have kept hold of.

very nice looking car, had an estate version back in 2005 as a lease car at work and loved it, only issue I had was the grey carpets and seats were a bugger to keep clean with two young kids, good luck with it
