That design (both interior and exterior) hasn't dated at all since it's launch imo.

Have to agree, lovely car. thumbup

Certainly the best looking car I have owned so far. Unfortunately mine fell victim to rust & electrical gremlins.

In happier times....

Loving the colour - don't think I have ever seen a 156 in that colour before.

Suits the car a lot better then that other shade of blue they did on the 156 which was nicked from the Vauxhall colour charts of around 1976.

Nice car

Brilliant cars...!
But then I am slightly biased... Having owned a 1.8TS which was a great car, with a Cybox stainless exhaust it sounded amazing.
Now got one of the last JTDM 150BHP 156 Veloces and it is even better in some respects; the sports suspension makes quite a difference and the torque delivery is great.
When these cars are set up correctly ( a good 4 wheel alignment check is a 'must' on these in my opinion!), they handle very well indeed. I have never driven a V6 but I would imagine they are superb....and then of course there is the 3.2GTA with 250BHP....!

By the way, the picture above ( on a different forum a few years ago) did inspire me to get a set of Selespeed alloys for my JTDM; they looked really good on your silver 156, so I bought a set of refurbished 16s which are now my main 'summer wheels'

Thanks for the comments,

As you can see she`s standard (most change the side indicators to clear) and was bought to run alongside a volvo v70 but i enjoy driving the v6 so much more the volvo didnt get a look in.The other day i did lose the indicators and hazards but that was down to a fuse jumping out of the holder due to the potholes still in the roads here.
I do tend to look out for potholes,as most know the front suspension and steering doesnt like to much abuse...

thanks
