Got this for much cheapness just to barge about in.2.3 RWD 940 turbo (lpt).Quickly fell in love with its size, comfort and reasonable 135 bhp, so...

..then picked up a T5 FWD turbo (hpt) 240 bhp.No estate car should be this much of a laugh, surely?! I am having to resist treating everything like it's a race again.I'm 43 for goodness sake, but when you rarely see barges being given the beans, it seems rude not to give it the beans! I plan to do a few jobs on her, have it tweaked to just under 300 bhp and maybe add an exhaust as there are some lovely sounding ones on youtube.

Both cars showing around 150k miles, but you would never know as they both have tons of history and bills. The T5 was over 34k when new! The 940 is funny to throw about for the exact opposite reasons that the T5 is fun to throw about.I now see an 850 in my future..

I know, I thought the same.Being a low pressure turbo though, the pickup is really rather good.A 50 quid manual boost control will see 165 bhp + though. smile

Will get some interior snaps later.
