My new purchase.
Massive file of history, including a lot of preventative work carried out. Spanish, 2010 plate, 101k miles, full fat 9-5 2.3T HOT Turbo Edition with a stage 1 map.
To say it's quick when on boost is an understatement, this thing feels far quicker than the 270/80/90* bhp that it has.
Being the Turbo Edition it comes fully optioned with dual zone climate, sat nav, cruise, heated seats front and rear, perforated leather seats, CD changer, Xenons. Full Aero spec plus.
*Don't know the exact figure due to various rumours surrounding a stage 1 on these things, but it's 260 as standard.

Spanish = Manuel = Manual.I doubt i'll modify it, it seems you've got to spend alot of money for not alot of gain on these and i'm always worried about the inevitable compromise. It's quiet, smooth and capable in it's current guise, i'd hate to ruin it by making it into something it isn't.

Mine I think is one of the last before Dame Edna came along. Interesting to see how much the interior was changed in some respects, after test driving a couple of face lifted versions...my interior is effectively the same as the 9-3 I had which was 5 years older...

Isn't stage 3 a 3.5" FPR, 3 inch DP and then a new map?

I did contemplate selling over Christmas, but she suffered a split piston ring shortly after which cost me a pretty penny, so I decided to invest a little instead.
A 3.5" fuel pressure regulator, a visit to a man with a laptop and one of these;
and I now have a car with a good deal more urgency in her. Future plans are either to refurbish the wheels or replace them with some aftermarket ones I like, from either 3SDM or BBS. I also want to refresh the suspension with some B8's and Eibach springs and I might even go as far as changing the anti roll bars for the 'Chuck Norris' grade items PFS are selling.

Yes official Saab wheels, ALU 56. PFS had them for a while for about £60 a wheel iirc, they're back up to obscene money now though unfortunately.
The extra shove is impressive, my mpg has actually improved slightly too which is a bonus - that might be down to me now only using Super though where before I would mostly use Asda bobby basic because they have the closest pay at pump.
