BMW Daily Driver
Discussion
Evening all,
After posting a couple of months ago about my weekend toy (see link below), I thought I'd put up a few pictures of my daily driver.

It's a BMW 318d M-Sport in metallic black. I know, not the most exciting car on Pistonheads, but as a daily driver I genuinely cannot fault it.
I bought it 3 months ago on only 14500 miles (it's an 09 plate) and have been really pleased. Being an M-Sport it looks good (in my opinion) with a nice stance and factory body kit. It's fantastic on the motorway, purring along at a good speed on the cruise control in almost silence with great economy. I see about 48mpg on mixed runs; not bad for an auto I reckon.
The climate control is great, a real bonus in the hot weather we've had recently and the cabin in general is a nice place to be. Anyway, here's some pictures.

I still think these are a very nice looking car especially in the later LCI form. Currently trying to persuade a friend to go for one of these in a business edition sport spec rather than an A6 2.7 tdi as the performance doesn't appear to be massively different but the running costs seem a lot lower
