New car (another) Suzuki Ignis Sport

Good morning all
I thought I would start a thread on my recent purchase.
At the beginning of June this year, my caged classic mini cooper and daily driver was up for its MOT and I wasn't in the position to give it the attention it deserves.
Sooo, at this point I started to scan the local classifieds/pistonheads/ebay etc for a suitable replacement. My back ground is mostly hot hatches (clio sports\306 rallye\mk5 rs2000\mk2 golf gti etc) so I have always had a fondness of the Ignis Sport.
I noticed a yellow one locally and fired a link on Facebook as it was a really clean car but a bit too expensive for me at the time. Within 10 minutes, a guy from work text me and said that he was selling his own Silver Ignis Sport ( I forgot he had one.)
Now, this guy is the most un petrolhead type you can get, and it was very much an 'A to B' car, which suited me, as I knew that it hadnt been savagedly beaten within an inch of its life. He was the second owner, after purchasing it in 2007.
It was also well specced, with suzuki sport grille, fogs, carbon effect sill plates and door pillars, with an Alpine audio setup. All of this had been fitted from new. It had a few months MOT and TAX. It also had reversing sensors although I didnt want them, or understand why anyone else would. Finally, it also had the optional 16 inch suzuki alloys, however they were knackered, along with the tyres that were on them, and I didnt like the look of them, too unfunctional/heavy/garish and didnt fit the ethos of the Ignis Sport. The car had 66000 miles on the clock.
He wanted 900 quid for the whole car.
I said 'i'll take it!' as you would do, and within a few weeks I picked the car up. It hadnt been cleaned much but that didnt bother me as I knew that I would PC polish it when I got home.

So far, I've done the following:
- Full clay bar and PC polish
- Set of second hand enkeis off Hawk Eye purchase and refurbed by myself ( I intend to powndercoat them after winter but no point at the moment as I do alot of photography over the Scottish Highlands all winter long)
- TOYO proxes all round
- new discs all round (OEM)
- new pads all round (OEM)
- CUSCO front strut brace
- long lasting panel filter
- -35mm H&R Springs
- full suzuki sport decal kit (left off rear window sticker)
- replaced the headrests as someone had removed the yellow mesh
- removed sub\amp\6x9's as too heavy
- Colour coded the rear parking sensors
- new number plates
- silvatec front indicators

As I type this, the car is in for its MOT.
So far, including the purchase of the car, parts and MOT, the car has cost me £1700.00, and I think i'll struggle to sell this for a number of years as I enjoy owning it so much.
Plans are to get to the ring before the year is out, get a suzuki sport carbon induction system and just upgrade bits as they break.
I intend to go up to the Highlands this weekend, where I will take some proper pictures. I will post plenty of pics on this thread and I'm always on the look out for second hand performance parts.

superb buddy, really good price you got for it too. Never used to like them in silver but yours looks great, just get some pics of it with the Enkeis on 
Inside is a bit unusual as it is very roomy and have good storage (although only has 4 seats) They are well equiped and cant imagine Suzuki making much money when they were new:
