had a bash at liquid car wrapping friday night
not bad for the first go but it helps to have a spray booth and 2 pro sprayers

What is liquid car wrap? Is it like that plastidip? And what is that model? I don't recognise it.

first picture is the masking before

yes like plastic dip but i had it made by my paint supplier so dose not have a name but works the same we use the substrate to cover our spray booth
so you can peel off the mess each week there paint mixer just added the tints i wanted and we were off it needed quite a bit of filtering as its got a heavy
latex loading

all the masking and spraying to 4 hrs then a morning cutting out the badges and cleaning door shuts etc and its ready
now just need to build a bigger door to spray room so i can door some more

That looks spectacular. Not usually a fan of brightly coloured wheels, but it works on your Ginetta.

was going to go for neon blue but orange is the ginetta color and as you can peel it off if ti looked poo try something different
might do a whole car in blue as looking for a rangie for work so thinking that will be my next project

Stunning car and interesting project. Good luck I'm sure this will be a good alternative to plasti-coat and vinyl.

Not my cup of tea though, I think it would look great in a metallic candy apple red.
