I spoke to someone on sat morning who had his wheels straightened and modified at cs engineering in Norwich who told me my car has been posted on heresy I thought I would have a look . Nice site

Nice motor, I haven't seen one of those before (I'm 30 which might explain!). Is it American?

Post more pics! Did you do a restoration on it at all?

Yes it's an American full size ford from the 1963 Galaxie range, it measures 17 1/2 feet bumper to bumper and is nearly 7" wide . It's runs a 289(4.7l) v8 with a two speed autobox putting out approx 220bhp . so far it's had 3 new footwells, paint ,complete power steering system rebuild , complete brake system rebuild inc twin pot master change from single, twin 2" stainless exhausts, fully 4 way air suspension and more It is a rolling resto and it's getting closer lol. I

I read that as 171 or 172 feet long to start with hehe

I fully expect to see this car posted on many other threads on PH, probably a "Bad Parking" thread as that wont fit in any standard parking spaces over here.

Must admit I tend to take up 4 spaces in asda on purpose as the doors are long and people just park too close lol

Looking good, you need to find a 60s surfboard to put on the roof rack and a swamp cooler to finish it off smile

I have a few old trunks for the roof and I'm looking for 2 yellow headlight covers , I can't surf so the surf bord can't happen lol

Thanks for the comments . With the air suspension it does ride a lot better than the 50 yo suspension that was fitted lol
