Renault Clio RS200
Discussion
Finally back with a Renaultsport on the drive, had a 182 5 years ago that I absolutely loved, and regret getting rid of to this day! Only did due to needing a diesel, now I'm working a mile and a half from home don't even use a car! Was looking at Megane 230's and 250's originally, but came across this on Autotrader, went to view it and drove it and put a deposit down there and then! 15k, 2 owners, FRSH, and Cup Chassis with Recaro's. "Clio" was removed from the boot as soon as it got home, and 6two1 stickers (friends business) added!

Have already removed any signs of fried egg effect with Silvatec bulbs, got some yellow Lamin-x for the fogs, gloss black roof, spoiler and diamonds probably next, Eibach pro's, Akrapovic Evolution exhaust, 4 decent tyres and a map! Will be used for fun and a bit of track!

Few bits done today, gave it a clean inside and out as it was filthy, still needs a proper detail though (will be getting done in better weather!). Fitted a new rain sensor that seems to be working, winner, and have ordered some new Advan Neova AD08R's for the front as one is now ridiculously low, will get a matching pair for the rear next month! Few pics:

Definitely need the Eibach's ordering!

I'm not a big guy, 6 foot 13 stone and the seats are actually quite comfortable in my opinion! Better than Cobra Misano's or Suzuka's I've had in previous car!
Lot more planted than the 182, won't cock an inside rear wheel to the same extent which is a good thing in my opinion, feels a bigger car but can definitely notice a gain in performance to the 182!

I'm surprised to read that, I couldn't notice any difference driving my Trophy and my uncle's 200 back to back. If anything the Trophy feels more frantic but that's probably the low weight and less sound deadening etc.Lot more planted than the 182, won't cock an inside rear wheel to the same extent which is a good thing in my opinion, feels a bigger car but can definitely notice a gain in performance to the 182!
One 182 was standard, the other was nicely fettled and felt faster than the 200 currently does, but IMO standard feels different to me when you keep it up in the revs!
Quick update, Lamin-X'd the fogs, looks good from a distance haha!

First pair of new tyres here, Advan Neova AD08R's, waiting for payday to get the 2nd, looking forward to having a go on these!

Finally got round to taking it on track for the first time last week, few pics:

As a standard car (apart from the sticky tyres) it did really well, going forward I'd like to upgrade the brakes and the brake fluid, drop it slightly on some Eibach's, Powerflex all the bushes and get it fast road setup!
