I'm shopping around for one of these at the moment. How do you find the drive? Looks like you have found a nice example!

Interested to know how they compare.

What engine was in your Chim?
Would you say the 350Z offers a better or worse driving experience (leaving things that sometimes don't work aside)

Difficult to compare a nearly 20 yr old TVR with a late low mileage 350Z, but I'll give it a go
The Nissan feels very solid, no squeaks or rattles. It's got plenty of power, which is easy to access
In the TVR you feel everything, it's much more immediate. You feel every rut in the road, but it can be 'lively'!
They are very similar, but at the same time very different..
The 350Z is like a civilised TVR (not a Criticism) just what I want at the moment
After using the Chim' as a daily driver for 5 yrs its 'foibles' finally got to me, and it lost a little of
its magic. Who knows, a few years down the line I may hanker again for another TVR (as a second car)
On a good day the TVR would be quickest, the other 364 days it's the Nissan

Gorgeous looking Zed, have fun & enjoy it, I always wanted a 350z after my old 200sx but ended up buying a Cerbera instead but I too would love to own a 350z one day & I test drove one years ago & i was very impressed by it.

Funnily enough I've always wanted a Cerbera, there are some really nice ones in Herts & Beds, maybe one day...
