AA Warranty through Car Giant... is it worthy ???

I am planning to buy a BMW 320D car from Car giant along with AA warranty cover tomorrow, but before this, i was checking their liability from these Customer reviews and so far, I've found 90 % of negative reviews. Please confirm with a detailed info if possible whether i should choose them for Warranty or not.

Any help in this would be much appreciated.
