So my trusty BMW 5 series Sport got written off a few months ago and I decided to spoil myself with a newer, faster car and bought a mint Audi S4. Fast forward a few months and it's up for sale again as I hate the thing!

The car in its own right is brilliant, handles superbly with the 4wd and isn't a slouch either with its 3l supercharged V6 lump. But I just don't feel right in it. Plus it's a manual where I got lazy using the auto box on the Beemer so it's gotta go! But here are some pics of it anyway.

Looks nice, maybe it needs a remap?

I bought it with the aim of getting an MRC Stage 2 done, but decided against it and kept it stock.

I'm getting another BMW 5 series. Most comfortable car I've ever owned as I do 20k+ miles a year and feel sorry for doing that to the Audi.

Audi R/RS cars and BMW M cars are supposed to be daily used cars, so ideal for 20k per year. Why not go for an M5 if the Audi isn't for you?

Issue I find with the A4 is the stupid offset pedals.
Really give me a bad knee. Gearstick is too far back as well.

DSG with a few grand spent on suspension and a remap would be fine.
Manual, nothanks.

Wouldn't that cost an absolute fortune to run at 20k miles per year...

OP isn't getting rid because of running costs, though.

True, I'm not bothered about the running costs as it's no more than any other car really, unless something drastic goes wrong.

About it being a manual, even though I prefer an auto, I think with a car like this it has to be a manual to get the full enjoyment of it. Even with the flappy paddles it's just not the same.
