New Car Audi A5 Black edition plus

Picked up my new car on Fri. A5 190 TDI Black Edition Plus.
Very high std spec Nav,dab, reversing camera also has parking plus.
Spent 12hrs decontaminating, glaze, seal, wax.

Looks fantastic, my wife has just bought an A1 s line in white and it's a fantastic car all round I'm a try Audi convert :-)

Had a black edition one of these a few years ago, hateful, dull and boring! Only kept it three weeks before it went back.

Was OK for motorway driving but if you 'enjoy' driving it was awful, FWD in a coupe ....

ETA: I like the looks (although not in white) and they are easy enough to live with but just not for me.

The A5 is a truly handsome car. In S or RS form, it has a true muscle car rear haunch - lovely. Six cylinders and above along with 4WD for me though - but, your choice and that's the spice of life!

The black edition plus is a Quattro, new engine is very responsive 190bhp with 400nm of torque.very high spec reversing camera, dab radio, sat nav, parktronic (parks itself) bio diesel.

I prefer these on the multi spokes black wheels, rather than the Rotors, IMO of course

Also, unless it's debadged, this perticular car isn't quattro?

I can assure you this is a Quattro. Had a look at the black muti spokes, but IMHO they looked small (lost) compared to the rotors. Debadged my last A5, jury's still out, will I won't I. Audi are now fitting Pirelli's affording a degree of rim protection. The conti's supplied previously had no rim protection.

The black edition plus also comes with black stone guards and a subtle boot spoiler. The front bumper has also been revised more aggressive like the RS5.
