Wow! 20 years of the Impreza, where has the time gone?

Epic cars, I miss mine dearly.

The GC is a version 2 555 sti, one of 500 saloons. The cars had a few mods, six speed box, six pot ap brakes, andy f billet 20g turbo.

The new one is brand new with just over a thousand miles and is completely standard an thats how its staying biggrin

As a new sti owner, what is your impression of the build quality compared to the GC? Without owning a new sti the build quality looks cheap in comparison.

Lovely classic. Not sure I'm much of a fan of the new shape though I do like the previous generation.

The new one looks so much better than the previous generation and the hatch.

Glad to see someone is still buying them, I loved my Hawkeye but I just couldn't bring myself to buy another.

Enjoy the cars and good luck keeping the new one standard!

I love the 555 especially the wheels (Rota's?) and the big brake upgrade.

What brakes/discs are you running up front and what engine mods does it have?

From a slightly jealous RB5 owner! smile

Great combo smile

Interesting the little family resemblances you notice when you see them together.

The wheels are revolution millenniums.

The brakes are cosworth ap six pots with the ap discs and pads that were supplied with them.

The car is running a version 3 sti engine and heads with 550 injectors and an Andy F billet 20g turbo.

Grant , Andy f already mentioned a decat and map lol ?? but it's staying mechanically standard till the warranty is up just incase .

It's a limited run of 500 saloons and there's on almost identical just five miles from me.
