So this happened last night!
I saw it on one the groups on Facebook and the guy didn't say how much, so we got chatting and he accepted my offer of £250!!
So I paid £250 for a 65k mile car, 6 owners with 12 months MOT. Absolutely no rust at all, tbh it's totally sound. Plus I worked out how much fuel I used on the way home from collecting the car, turned out to be a shade under 70mpg! Says a lot for lightweight and a small revvy engine

250 quid is insane for that, you could probably make a profit on the abarth bumpers/skirts alone
go check out fiatforum, lots of resources on making these little 1.1s slightly more punchy, straight on the bat you should be looking at a punto 75 cam and a bigger throttle boddy, beyond that you can go for a 1.2 bottom end and a punto 75 4-2-1 exhaust manifold before you start having to mess with the electrics of it all.

That said, you dont need that big of a lump even, had a ride along in a 1.2 8v with ITBs, that was quite the experience
Great work! I just missed out on a pristine 1 owner one of these early this year, loved the abarth styling bits but also the abarth embossed seats and floor mats! Of course it has to be yellow!
If your not fussed about an abarth/schumacher edition a decent sporting is so cheap its ridiculous, I've been tempted a few times to suggest to a couple of mates to pick up a brace of them for some amusing trackday fun!
