well, just posting here incase there are a few 205 fans here. i acquired this a few months ago after pestering the owner for 5/6 months.
he had it for 15 years and it was his first car! it hadnt done more than 1500 miles in all that time but was mot'd and kept right. i eventually talked him round, booked flights & boat and headed off. needless to say a deal was done and it came home with me smile its on 58K with all the history from day 1 including the original run in type service.

i changed all the lights for new fresh ones. got some new bolster for drivers seat repair and just generally tidied bits and bobs.
here are some snaps of when he pulled it out of the garage.

and home with the work in progress. lights and original airbox fitted

finito.. then it was on to cleaning smile

have a few plans for the coming months, get the dents removed, remove the aftermarket alarm etc
enjoy

Thought I recognised your name from the other 205 threads smile

That's great price - think I'd have been all over that at £4.5k!

Loved the few times I used it. 1.6 very nice compared to all the 1.9s I've had.

What colour have you got ?

Mine is Graphite. There's a bit of a story behind it somewhere on here - I really should ask the mods to move it to "Readers' Cars".
