BMW E60 545i SE

After the last purchase (which still remains a current purchase as the bloke who has deposited has gone to ground), the latest V8 couldn't be any more different than the XJR. Parked on the drive now, and the official 'daily' is a 2004 E60 545i SE. This example has a PRINS LPG conversion. Fuel costs so far have been about £10.80.

Very tidy, sounds lovely, goes a lot better than i thought it would and drives beautifully. So, 3 Jags has now changed his name to 'two beemers'.... pictures below...

£21.00 to fill the tank. It's not massively thirsty on the fuel either - late 20's on a sensible motorway run.

This is the first '5' i've owned - more of a stealth bomber compared to the lancaster bomber that is the XJR, but i am very impressed.

I remember a friend bought one and absolutely butchered my then Audi Allroad 2.7T. Very nice car, fast by any standards.
